How to Withdraw

• Check Withdrawal Eligibility: Ensure your balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold (as defined by the platform).
• Select Withdrawal Method: Choose the crypto asset (e.g., CTG, MATIC, ETH) you want to withdraw.
• Enter Your Wallet Address: Add your personal wallet address (must be compatible with the selected token and blockchain network, e.g., Polygon).
• Confirm and Submit: Review transaction fees, estimated time, and TDS deduction details, then confirm the withdrawal.
• Receive Confirmation: You’ll receive a notification and email once the withdrawal is successfully processed.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ₹500 equivalent in crypto (subject to platform changes)
• KYC Verification: Required for processing first-time withdrawals and to comply with regulatory norms
• Processing Time: 24–72 hours depending on volume and network congestion
• Supported Networks: Withdrawals currently supported on Polygon (MATIC) and ERC-20 based tokens

TDS Deduction

• As per Indian regulations, a 1% TDS will be deducted on any VDA (Virtual Digital Asset) withdrawal.
• CryptoG will auto-deduct and deposit TDS to the Income Tax Department on your behalf.
• A TDS summary will be visible in your wallet transaction history.
• Users can claim this deduction when filing their annual Income Tax Return (ITR).

Important Notes

• Double-check your wallet address before submitting a request. CryptoG is not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet entries.
• Rewards must be earned through fair play. Accounts involved in fraudulent activities will be blocked from withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are not supported to exchange wallets. Always use a non-custodial wallet like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.
